The General Binding Rules – 10 years on!

The regulatory reform called the Small Sewage Discharge General Binding Rules (SSDGBRs) was introduced by DEFRA in January 2015 with the aim of preventing pollution to the waterways in England. There has been misinterpretations and revisions in the subsequent decade and this course will help to explain what the General Binding Rules are and how they’re implemented.
